I am a 72 year old writer.
For fifty years I had been making the same New Years resolution.
This year, I had a Brain Gym session with Eve Kodiak instead. My
goal was "I am organized."
As I write this testimonial
I am sitting in my office. Instead of being flanked on either side
by towers of ancient and new book drafts, research notes, editors
letters, writers publications, poetry manuscripts and Idiot
guides to mastery of a computer, I am working with a clear mind
in a beautifully cleared office. The massive amount of papers that
used to block my view of the outdoors are now neatly filed in a
file cabinet in alphabetized folders. Books are in the bookcase,
5 year-old ads for weekends in Cancun have been discarded, letters
have been stamped and sent. I am organized. Brain Gym works! And
the organization didnt stop with my office, but extended to
my kitchen cabinets, dresser drawers, closets and medicine cabinet.
It traveled intact to California where I cared for an ill 93 year-old
mother. The many medications she has to take are on a list taped
to the wall telling when the medications should be taken, and how
much and when they must be renewed.
The amazing thing is
that I do all this organizing with energy and a modicum of pleasure.
Its not play, but it doesnt seem like drudge work either.
Eve Kodiak is a well-trained
and qualified Brain Gym practitioner who uses knowledge of the working
of the brain to enable her clients to realize the goals they have
set for themselves. Brain Gym has enhanced my life immeasurably.
I am grateful I discovered it.
