Noticing is a nonjudgmental process of self-observation. It allows people to recognize their emotional, mental, physical and energetic state before, during and after any kinesiology session.

A client simply pays attention, to thoughts, sensations, feelings and movements to experience directly what is shifting. Some of the many things that can be noticed may include:

•Rate of breathing

•Physical tension/relaxation

•Range of muscle motion

•Spontaneous memories and cognitive insights

•Changes in vision

•Ease and coordination of movement

•Body temperature

•Intensity of emotions
