Noticing is a nonjudgmental
process of self-observation. It allows people to
recognize their emotional, mental, physical and energetic state before,
during and after any kinesiology session.
A client simply pays attention,
to thoughts, sensations, feelings and
movements to experience directly what is shifting. Some of the many
things
that can be noticed may include:
Rate of breathing
Physical tension/relaxation
Range of muscle motion
Spontaneous memories
and cognitive insights
Changes in vision
Ease and coordination
of movement
Body temperature
Intensity of emotions
